Somethings are fine, not all of it?
Cleaning out my bedroom(II) Hair side going missing, only wore it once, just bought one day ago, messing up my medication, trying to put me on a stronger dose, when I'm fine on the one I'm taking now? Olanzapine, I really don't want to be like a zombie with it otherwise I'll be useless at doing things, and would not be able to get up. I was refused my paracetamol last night. Night shift!?
Staff, under extreme pressures, endeavor to meet the needs of all the patients to in their care are very caring and listen to patients.
Compassionate staff
Morning planning meeting - everyone invited to attend and are well communicated
Building is well looked after and clean
Good selection of food
Various places to sit and ‘relax’
Some staff introducing themselves and taking time to speak to patients
Improve - one or two members of staff are not proactive and tend to sit in the office
Needs to be more talking therapy and 1-1 time
It was good that I was being listened to and not judged.
Steve my social worker was good and very attentive.
The care I receive in this ward is very good. I am really happy. The staff is lovely
Things I will probably change is to have a little bit more things to do during the day
The care and support on this female ward is amazing. At times of personal, severe distress. They catch me as i fall into decline with dedicated compassion
